Union Station comprises of 200 square meters inside, with an additional 100 square meters of patio space and 50 square meters facing the flowing river.
Make your event memorable in our unique, character filled venue! The space is perfect for intimate events such as corporate functions, parties, and conferences.

Set up and strike days. This is an additional cost of R12 000 per day prior/ post your event. Please note all suppliers need to remove their entire set up after your event. Additional furniture and décor is charged at an extra cost

For menus and pricing please contact us to provide a quote for you. This includes all the equipment required to cater for big and small functions. (stove, grill, oven, deep fryer, electric pizza oven, under counter fridge, and industrial dishwasher). Should you wish to outsource your catering, there is a surcharge on our kitchen of R5 000, which excludes waiters, crockery, cutlery and utensils.

Our bar is outsourced to a supplier who will assist with any bar requirements you may have. We have negotiated great deals for our clients and we can do the same for you.


    Payment Terms

    A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your booking fee is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 10 working days before your event. Please note:
    All prices quoted above exclude VAT. Union Station reserves the right to charge for any breakages or damages. Union Station reserves the right to cancel your booking should the required amount not be paid timeously.
