RE: Office & Co. Beverage Stations
We trust that we find you, your family and staff well during these difficult times.
We would like to send out this letter to advise all Office & Co. tenants that, effective from the 1st of June 2020, that we have been advised by LabourNet to close down the communal beverage stations.
This is being done due to the health and safety precautions that need to be taken to curb the spread of Covid-19.
We have decided however, to keep the beverage stations open and stocked with a kettle, clean mugs, teaspoons and a fridge, for those of you who still want to use this service. We made this decision because we are confident that we have adhered to all the correct screening, prevention and safety protocols and therefore don’t feel that it is necessary to close them down completely.
Should you prefer to not have a shared beverage area you are welcome to bring your personal kettle, crockery and cuttlery and use it in your own office.
Each tenant must bring their own supplies and keep them in their office. Fresh milk can be labelled and stored in our fridges. We have sanitiser in all our beverage stations should you wish to use it to wipe down appliances before and after use.
Please note that hot beverages and a good coffee will still be available to purchase at certain branches where we have a café and barista like Woodstock, Kyalami and Bree Street.
